Internet has become the most powerful technology in this modern but its still out of reach for many community peoples. In order to give complete access of internet to all community peoples around the world Google introduces project Loon which help people to use internet even in the rural areas.Project Loon is a network of balloons traveling on the edge of space, designed to connect people in rural areas, help fill coverage gaps and bring people back online after disasters.

 DESIGN OF PROJECT LOON:
ProjectLoon's balloon envelopes are made from sheets of polyethylene plastic and stand fifteen meters wide by twelve meters tall when fully inflated. These balloons capable of withstanding higher pressure from the air inside when the balloons reach flat altitude.A parachute attached to the top of the envelope allows for a controller  descent and landing whenever a balloon is ready to be taken out of service.

Each unit of the electronics in the Loon are powered by an array of solar panels that sits between the envelope and the hardware. In full sun these panels produce 100 watts of power enough to keep the unit running while also charging a battery for use at a night. The most highlighting in the project Loon is its capability to power itself using renewable energy sources.

A small box containing the balloon's electronic equipment hangs underneath the inflated envelope, like the basket that is carried by a hot air balloon. This box contains circuit boards and radio antennas to communicate with other balloons and with the internet antennas on the ground.

HOW LOON WORKS:
Each balloon can provide connectivity to a ground area about 0 km in diameter at speeds comparable to 3G.For balloon to balloon and balloon to ground communications, the balloons use antennas equipped with specialized radio frequency technology.Project Loon currently uses ISM bands (specifically 2.4 and 5.8 GHz bands) that are available for anyone to use.The project Loon starts in June 2013 with an experimental run in New Zealand.

Google's  new technology Project Loon have some drawbacks and scientist have been working on this project to improvise this technology. The Google's vision of internet access to all the people around the world was made possible by this project Loon and open doors for many developments in the internet technology.
